1. Admission & Registration

Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable. Students must submit valid documents such as Aadhaar card, photographs, and academic certificates at the time of admission. The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.

2. Fee Structure & Payments

All students are required to pay the full course fee based on their selected batch type (Day Scholar or With Hostel). Any installment plans must be followed strictly with timely payments. Delays in fee payment may lead to penalties or class suspension. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if a student discontinues the course.

3. Hostel Rules

Students opting for hostel accommodation must follow hostel discipline and guidelines. Any damage to property or misbehavior in the hostel will result in strict action. Students leaving the hostel early are not eligible for a refund unless approved by the management under special circumstances.

4. Discipline Policy

Alpha NDA Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward indiscipline. All students must maintain punctuality, respect toward teachers and staff, and follow the academy’s code of conduct. Mobile phones are not allowed during classes or study sessions unless permitted. Any act of misconduct may lead to warnings, suspension, or expulsion.

5. Attendance & Participation

A minimum of 85% attendance is required to appear in internal assessments and mock tests. Students are expected to attend all classes, doubt sessions, and personality development workshops. Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be rescheduled.

6. Study Material & Content Usage

All books, practice papers, and video content provided by Alpha NDA Academy are for individual learning only. Sharing, copying, or reproducing these materials is strictly prohibited. Any misuse of study content will be treated as a violation of academy policies.

7. Examination & Evaluation

Regular tests and evaluations are a part of the training system. All students must participate sincerely in these tests. Performance will be tracked, and reports may be shared with parents for academic feedback and support.

8. Website & Online Platforms

Students and users of our website must not misuse or tamper with any digital content, login access, or academy announcements. The academy may update or discontinue any content or feature without prior notice.

9. Photos & Testimonials

We may use class photos, event images, and student testimonials for internal records, brochures, or digital promotions. If a student wishes to opt out, they must submit a written request during admission.

10. Personal Belongings & Safety

Students are advised not to bring expensive items or personal valuables to the campus or hostel. The academy is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property. Students must take care of their belongings at all times.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time based on academic or operational requirements. Updated terms will be made available on our official website.
