At Alpha NDA Academy, we are committed to providing top-quality education, training, and support to every student who joins our institution. Before applying for any of our courses, we request students and parents to read this Refund Policy carefully.
1. Registration Fee is Non-Refundable
The registration fee of 5,000 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee confirms the student’s admission and reserves their seat in the selected batch.
2. Course Fee Refund Policy
Once the course has begun or the student has attended any class (online or offline), no refund will be provided for the full or partial fee.
If a refund request is made before the batch start date, the following conditions apply:
- A written request must be submitted to the academy office at least 7 days before the batch start date
- If approved, only the tuition fee will be partially refundable after deducting the registration and administrative charges
- No refund will be granted if the request is made within 7 days of the batch start or after classes have commenced
2.1Refund Claim Period
Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of admission confirmation or fee payment, as applicable. Refund claims submitted after this period will not be considered, except as permitted under the rules and policies of Alpha NDA Academy.
3. Hostel Fee Refund
The hostel fee is refundable only if the student cancels admission before checking in or before the official hostel joining date. A deduction of 5,000 will be made as administrative charges.
Once the student has availed hostel facilities (even for a single day), no refund of the hostel fee will be processed.
4. CBSE School Admission Fee
If the student is enrolled under the CBSE-integrated program, the school admission fee of 20,000 is non-refundable once paid and seat is allotted by the school authority.
5. Special Conditions Where Refund Is Not Applicable
No refund will be issued under the following conditions:
- Student voluntarily withdraws from the course
- Student is removed due to disciplinary action
- Failure to attend classes or join the batch after confirming admission
- Student requests to shift to another batch or downgrade the course
- In case of force majeure (natural calamities, pandemics, lockdowns), classes will be shifted to online mode, but refunds will not be applicable
6. Refund Process Timeline
If a refund is approved under eligible circumstances, the process may take 15–30 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made via bank transfer only and not in cash.
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can only be submitted through an offline visit to the Alpha NDA Academy administration office by the student or parent/guardian.
To request a refund, the applicant must:
- Visit the academy office in person.
- Submit a written refund application to the administration.
- Attach the original fee receipt and admission documents.
- Provide valid bank account details for the refund, if approved.
Refund requests submitted through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media, or any other communication method will not be considered as an official refund application.
All refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund claim period mentioned in this policy.
8. Final Authority and Institutional Rules
All refund requests will be reviewed by the management of Alpha NDA Academy in accordance with the institution’s applicable rules, policies, and refund guidelines.
Refunds will be processed only when the request meets the eligibility conditions mentioned in this Refund Policy and the applicable institutional regulations.
The decision of Alpha NDA Academy’s management regarding refund eligibility and processing will be final and binding in all refund-related matters.
